This post has been updated once again, so be sure to review everything and ask questions if you're uncertain.

Posting and Commenting On Threads

  • No crosslinking anything from reddit at all. Not in submissions. Not in comments. If you want to post a conversation or post between members on reddit you must take a screenshot, and edit it for the following requirements: No URL in picture or post, Subreddit name must not be present in the picture or in the post, Must be self-post with analysis. No low-hanging "look this guy is a moron" posts. Constructive posts only. Everything else will be deleted without warning.

  • New submissions must be related to sexual strategy, events that affect sexual strategy, theories about sexual strategy, or stories confirming (or challenging) current theories of sexual strategy.

  • No memes or image macros (in regards to creating a new thread), your thread needs substance.

  • No trolling- concern or otherwise.

  • No direct video links. There is a lot of content on the web, and some of it is in video form for sure. We don't mind videos, however we will request that you post any video links you have in a text submission along with your analysis. Any video-only submissions will be deleted. If linking to a thread on an external subreddit, please use the domain np.reddit.com to encourage no participation.

  • Absolutely no direct link screenshots or images. If you must post a screenshot of a comment or an image, include it as part of your written post. Do not make it your main link. Please include your analysis with the image. Any image-only submissions will be deleted.

Posting Link Threads

If you create a new link thread, please be sure to also include a brief description of what you are linking to, how it’s relevant to the RPW sub, your thoughts (whether you agree or disagree), or any specific questions you have. Sometimes link threads are created without any additional context or input, often times the linked material is very interesting, but we want to make sure that anyone creating a post is helping propel conversation. Low effort threads that offer no additional input, or are posted purely to promote personal blogs will be removed. The threads may be re-posted as long as they are edited to follow the rules.

Asking Questions

Threads that ask questions are useful for many reasons. It allows everyone to participate and provide useful feedback. That said, there has been a recent spike in “false questions” where a brand new user will wander in, and create a post that initially seems legitimate. However, the OP becomes increasingly defensive and slowly reveals their trollish colors. If you are asking for advice, or if you submit a question - that’s fine - just be very aware of how you word your post and comment replies. Insulting other users on RPW will be grounds for having your comments removed and your post deleted. Depending on the severity, you may also be banned. We want to encourage productive conversations.

When asking a question, please keep the following things in mind:

New users, do not use a throwaway account - if you want to post on the RPW sub and be a part of our community then please pick an appropriate name. When you are creating a thread, be sure to consider and address the following questions:

  1. What is the problem? (Neutral phrasing: use words like "we," and "our" so that you aren't trying to off-load problems at your SO's feet when there's actually plenty of blame to go around)

  2. What are your faults? How have you contributed to the creation of these issues?

  3. Why do you think this (these) problem(s) manifested?

  4. What steps have you already taken to try and resolve the problem?

  5. How long has this been an issue?

  6. Are you making a mountain out of a mole-hill? If a woman you really despised came to you with this issue, would you still think it's a legitimate concern? Or would you tell her she's throwing things out of proportion?

  7. How's your bedroom life right now? Are you taking care of his needs emotionally and physically?

This is NOT Purple Pill Debate

RPW does not exist to justify our beliefs. If you have a problem with this sub, its overall mission statement, or any of the users on this sub – move along. We are not going to engage in useless debates with trolls. Concern trolling is not acceptable.

RP Men

We are always happy to have RP men comment and contribute to threads. That said, RPW is not TRP. There are certain behaviors that RPW does not encourage women to engage in. You are welcome to say anything you like over in TRP sub, but that doesn’t mean you can come into RPW and start telling us that we are “feminists” or that we’re no better than all other women. We have specific goals on this sub. We don't behave like two-dollar whores, and our morals are not for sale. We will be caring and attentive to the man that commits to us, not to any man that looks our way. We will discuss topics with you as long as you remain respectful, and keep your attitude in check.

Feminist/Troll Shaming language

  • Um...
  • Wow, just...wow
  • misogyny
  • equality
  • That's sexist
  • The word "Cult" or "cultish"
  • Abuse
  • I hear what you're saying but [insert feminist jibber-jabber]
  • "Feminism really isn't that bad...." or "I don't think you actually understand what feminism is actually about..."

EDIT: Bad-mouthing TRP, or any RP sub will result in an immediate ban. Furthermore, any terms and insults stated for no reason other than to offend and demean another user will be grounds for banning as well. Finally, do not concern troll or tone police.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to comment on this thread, or message the Mod team. If you are unsure about whether or not your post is acceptable, feel free to submit it and alert the Mods that you want to make sure it passes muster.

Around here, it's definitely better to ask for permission than it is to beg for forgiveness.

Thank you.
