Dave Chappelle’s Netflix special “The Dreamer” is largely about frame.
In his conception, people in a social setting wind up in someone’s dream - the “biggest dreamer’s” dream ends up seducing, overpowering or otherwise engulfing the others - becoming the lens through which the group interprets reality for that period of time.
Throughout the special he gives examples of encounters with big dreamers - to which I’ll add the example of Steve Jobs’ oft cited “reality distortion field.”
I’d suggest watching the entire special as it all revolves around this topic - who’s dream takes precedence when - but if you don’t have a platform to watch it on here’s the closing speech on YouTube and a full transcript.
How close does Dave’s conception of maintaining your dream / bringing others into your dream fit with your conception of frame? Is there value in the way lens he takes on it?

He's talking about vision, which is a leadership quality.
