There has to be something else involved with texting girls. I always text time and location, but never get a response. Isn't there a comfort build up they need to agree to coming over for a date? Or do you have an example?

Tinder is more of a rapport building medium for most interactions. The idea is to build to a phone number.
Bar pickups, you should have already built enough rapport and signalled enough HV feels for her in person that you can keep it light in subsequent contact.
"Hey Mary, it's Paul from the Tool Box. Can't believe you thought that guy was a chick with short hair!". (Icebreak and shared experience) "What's your schedule like this week?" (Open ended) - "Great, Saturday is perfect for me, let's meet at xxx at 8, Going to be a great night!". (Set the date).
If she wants to see you, this is truly all you need. If she gave you her number to avoid conflict in person (yes, this is a real thing and most girls are risk adverse), she'll ghost you. Pickup artist's play the numbers game and even the best only close at most 10%.

Pick up artists at best hit 10%. That’s great advice for everyone to remember! Before I woke up when I was in my 20’s (I’m now in my 50s). My self esteem was foolishly tied to an extent on my last sexual success or failure. Every interaction meant too much to me. Your outlook is much healthier.

Your "...to coming over for a date" makes me suspect your frame and wording are off.
If she's in your frame, "I'm at Nasty's Bar Sat. at 8. Anything goes." works better than supplicating, "Are we on for Nasty's this Saturday at 8 pm?" Acta, non verba means you don't ask, you tell. You're going there no matter what, she's either along for the ride or not, and you don't plan around her, you plan around yourself.

I'd basically say something along, "Meet me at (my place/address/bar) at 8:00. Bring/wear __". Very direct.

Musicgoon425 is correct. You’re misevaluating the zero buy in leading up to your “Meet me…” text.
GLO (GayLubeOil) has really good OLD chat game, with him leading into excellent conversion to text logistics. Look up his posts. I’m assuming you’ve got your fat ratio and muscle definition on lock to even be able to talk about OLD chat game. That’s the “Do not pass Go, Do not collect $200” line to cross.

Starting on his RP threads, he told me to abandon my country which coincidentally I downloaded duolingo today.
To stick to the conversation though. I'd say my fitness is a 7-8. Not single digit body fat yet and I just tore a shoulder that is going to set me back.
But yeah, I was taking "keep text to logicistics only" quite literal. There is a fine line between neediness in text and offering comfort in them.

I've had the same issue, not 100% sure on this yet through experience but I'm almost certain that it doesn't even really mater what or how you ask her. If she's interested she'll come. Still testing this out. Also started using the template here. Might help you out https://killyourinnerloser.com/tinder-guide-3/ I didn't use it word for word since i don't use tinder but I got the date last weekend. Gonna keep using it n see what happens.
