23M, For the past month, but especially the past two weeks, my libido has been shit. Just drained. I feel absolutely no sexual pull. Let me give you some background.
It started a month ago being on and off when I went on my first two work trips and moved into a new apartment all in 12 days. It hasn't been the same since. This is a different issue from my previous post which has been since resolved. I always get 8-9 hours of sleep a night. I lift hard 3-5 days a week, and run once a week about. I just started taking zinc and Vitamin D. Perhaps I don't get enough fats now that my mom isn't cooking my dinner and that I'm basically living off chicken, veggies, and rice, and pasta?
I used to get hard-ons when I would even get very flirty with a girl. I made out with a girl for a bit last night and didn't even get hard. I know it is not a nerves issue this time around. Just not even turned on.
No clue what's up. If you've all been in this situation, or know what can fix it let me know. Thanks.

Check your testosterone levels. Blood work. Could be low t.

I have always thought libido is a spiritualty adjacent term like aura. I have always strongly wanted sex and it is hard sometimes to go without it. I don't have any good advice but I am not doubting libido. I am commenting to say that I like your fats idea. I eat more fats than carbs now as you learn that from hunting or surviving off an animal that fats keep you going with energy and you have to eat less. I think you should make sure you're eating enough healthy fats. My favorite ways to get zinc is to soak bulk shelled sunflower and pumpkin seeds overnight. the next day, you can drain and rinse them and eat them all day. fridge them overnight. You can dry them out if you want or eat them wet. I do both. Also canned oysters are excellent for zinc and they make me horny. I believe oysters are an aphrodisiac. Not medical advice, not a doctor. i agree with your fats idea and suggest some whole food zinc sources.

Cortisol spike. Will activate sympathetic nervous system. Kills libido. Boners come from parasympathetic nervous system instead
Good on you for getting vitamin D, which converts to cholesterols which converts to base components needed for testosterone, but so do a lot of healthy fats. Get cold processed coconut oil (don't drink it straight unless you work up to it lol I made that mistake) or cold pressed avocado oil
Avoid alcohol dopamine hacking activities like porn, and excessive video gaming etc

Solid advice
You'd think this guy was shredding for competition. Add fats. If you're getting below 50 grams a day your t levels are probably taking a solid hit.
