I guess this counts as lifestyle, Wich is part of being one of the stuff we change and seek to improve on after getting redpilled.
I used to be a news junkie, specially since I come from a place with the silliest news ever. But that was years ago, I'm looking to get back on track.
Where do you guys get your news, more specifically global news not just from the USA. I take any recommendations you guys have like Twitter accounts and websites.I.know Google news is not that great at all.
Where do I start getting my news

When bored or interested I read all news outlets, on both extremes.
Some articles are heavily biased, some are objective in their approach. Best to look at things objectively and non biased to get to the truth. Best to have your own individual thinking and beliefs based on facts not feelings.

I’m going to give you MY opinion
In the last 2 years I’ve been on a get rich path and less social
Depleted energy, stress, little desire to do things and a lack of being my best
Stopped the news etc, feel great. The news is political and addictive.
I realised the news was making me feel entertained. The debate the chemical rush. Made me satisfied beyond wanting to go find real satisfaction.
Avoid news a few hours before bed imo it’s poison

I get the weather from Yahoo. I threw out my TV years ago. I don't watch them brain-dead propaganda shows with all the commercials. I hate brain-dead propaganda shows. I hate commercials. If I want to buy something, I'll go out and buy it. As for news sources, I go to AllSides. It's an aggregate site the pulls Left, Right, and Centered news all in one place. I only read the news in the morning when I'm having coffee and breakfast. I read the news on my lunch break. The rest of my day consists of not giving a shit about the news.

Most news, especially on MSM is politically filtered to fit the narrative.
the news generally is also really negative. so i never watch the "news" per se, like on television 6pm news for example. I don't understand people who actually choose to do that. Like get a notepad, start the 6pm news, jot down stories that are positive or negative in aspect. at the end of the broadcast see what you get. There are "good" stories out there, but they are barely covered, they want to show the negative.
I filter my news feeds for financial, science, sports. If you want more real news like stuff, I'd try 1440's daily feed

I would suggest consuming less news, not more. News these days is a bunch of arse juice. It's the fast food of information. You're way better off reading books.
I took a serious axe to my content consumption over the years. I quit all forms of social media back in 2014 (bliss!) and don't have a TV since about 1994. I stopped all my newspapers subs from about 2005 (again, a load of arse gravy). This frees up huge amounts of time where you can do meanginful research into topics that a) interest you or b) are useful to your business.
The problem with news is that you are allowing someone else to decide what is important to you. Honestly, try junking all news altogether.
