A lot of times when I'm talking to girls they say stuff like “ im not like the other you talk to “ or “you must pull a lot of girl”, generally they assume i talk to a lot of girls, now i don't know whats the correct way to respond to this, should just i admit it? Or deflect the question? Some girls that don't even like me start to try and get me just for the mere fact that there are other girls interested in me, while other girls that i know are attracted to me would distance themselves because they don't wanna be “used”, its hard to tell which from which and i dont know what to say when i get that type of question

Depends. That's a shit test. There are some things like intentions you should be honest about to minimize drama but what they are asking you is a shit test and you should pass it like a shit test unless they ask you a direct question
Never answer those bullshit observations or assumptions with honesty. But if they ask a targeted question about your intent, you can say something like "I'm just going with the flow" "just enjoying my life" etc that isn't exactly a lie
If they keep pushing and pushing and you don't want a relationship and you are sick of passing shit tests before you've banged you can just be honest
Don't LIE though. That's a can of worms

Women often ask teasing questions such as;
"I bet you have had loads of girls (man slut)"
"I bet you are a real heart breaker (you treat women badly)"
What they want to hear is yes This is not really a shit test, they want to confirm in their own heads that you are desirable to other women, because if you are not, they will not want anything to do with you.
The best (only) strategy is to agree and amplify. And exaggerate in a playful way, with a wink and a grin.
So when a woman asks me, usually in the early stages of a relationship things like;
"I bet it's really easy for your to pick up women"
I would always answer
"It's easy to get laid - its about as tricky as falling off a log. Most times, you don't even have to do anything - like only a couple of months ago, I was meeting a friend at a hotel bar, and this chick just would not leave me alone".
And then add in something like this;
"It's very easy to get laid, thats not the issue - the harder part is to meet someone with whom I have a connection ...."
That is what they want to hear.
If they say things like;
"I bet you've had loads of girls"
I would say
"Honey you have no idea. They used to call me the Sperminator in college."
Never give real numbers or real names of ex's. Just give them the vague impression that you are giga-chad and that you treat women badly. BUT.... you are looking for the special one.
That way, it puts the pressure on them - are they the 'special one'? Do they have what it takes to 'convert you', from playa to husband?
The kind of man that women want is what I would call a 'retired chad'.... a man of the world, a man that has seen quite a bit of action and is bored of it, and wants to find the special girls to settle down with.
What they really don't want is a man that was an incel.

I think that's bad advice, especially for non-advanced guys, I think this is one situation where A&A can backfire enormously if you've misread the play/girl. One reason is that if they challenge your A&A it's going to be very tough to A&A once more without making yourself seem like a giga douchebag. Another is that if the girl is not as sexually 'liberal' and perhaps looking for something a bit more long-term you've just made it harder to recover.
Also disagree that they do it to confirm if you've been with a lot of other girls. It can be that, but I think it's more often to protect themselves from a P&D.
I always disagree when they make such accusations in a way that is playful, acknowledges I've got high SMV and get plenty of female attention, but most importantly gives them wiggle room as my answer is open to multiple interpretations and creates a small sense of mystery and offers them a challenge.
I've said many things over the years and think offering a script is stupid because it depends on many factors, including who you are and your SMV. "Perhaps if I hadn't met my ex of 4 years" or "I'm more of a long-term investor" or "I'm not looking for a girl that just wants me for my body" or "Small talk bores me, I always look for a deeper than surface connection". I never lie, I can bring it in a way that makes it obvious it's a half truth but more importantly, bring it in such a way that it demonstrates SMV and social skill without any tryharding.
A&A is often great, but there are situations where you can demonstrate more finesse with alternative options. And again, A&A has severe downside in some situations, which imo includes this one. With A&A you don't want to give your opponent ammo to use against you. And the only way you can ultimately disarm her once she challenges you is by shaming her for not being a slut. At which point you're cooked unless you like sluts.

It seems to me that you don't understand how women work.
They don't WANT to be protected from a pump and dump, they actively seek it out.

I know this from expereince - as soon as i had a 'bad reputation' as a pump and dumper (at college), I was able to pull with no effort at all.
Sometimes women lie. Sometimes they talk nonsense. Occasionally, they tell the truth by accident in this one peculiar way - they make statements which are entirely true, but in the reverse. So when women say things like this;
"Oh him? I would never -he's such a playa - everyone knows he's an asshole to women"
"What I want is a romantic guy, a guy that will be true to me"
"I love men that are loyal"
"I would never date a guy that had been with my friends"
" I would never date a guy like that - he has a new girl every week"
... the exact opposite of what they are saying is true.
