Last time a girl asked me about past relationships i made up some vague bullshit about how my last relationship was in high school and i took a break from dating since then but I think she could tell I was lying lmao. And for the experience with the app i tried deflecting with something like "Ohh i met you so its been pretty good i would say".
What's the redpill response in this scenario? I know your supposed to show that you have options etc to appear high value but at the same time you shouldn't show off since it comes off as tryhard.

If you're not worried about anything long term with her, just say your last relationship was about a year ago, if she presses about why you broke up, just say you weren't right for each other but left on good terms.
RE the apps, she's either worried that you're embittered or you have too many options, so anything vaguely positive that doesn't convey either of those is fine.

If she asks about your past, be vague and say shit like "we weren't right for each other, blah blah blah, I'd rather focus on the present".
If she asks about the app, maybe try "it's been mostly bots, but here you are, a real person!" for a somewhat humorous approach, or just a vague "so far, so good" and change the subject.

Do like the guys above advised. When some chick starts telling you about all the dudes she dated and trips she went on (and some will) you just listen and shut up. Do not volunteer all sorts of info about your past dating exploits in an attempt to keep up. Doing so is hardcore beta game. Just say oh that's cool . Also never be judgmental in any way regardless of what you really believe. Let her think your all in on her care free lifestyle. That's how you get laid my friend.
Another thing that's not mentioned alot. You want to determine her self esteem. Super important imo. Is it low or high. High self esteem girls are far more stable reliable loyal. It's with LSE where guys get into nightmare relationships. Examples, attention whores. Materialistic. Ungrateful and entitled. Care what other people think. No interests. Revealing clothing. Social media. Status dropping. Good looking. Followers of celebrities and msm trends. These girls suck for long term relationships. Eliminate them. STR is fine. Hey rich coopie is very correct on a lot of things. I’d also add a lot of guys that are getting redpilled were never experts or major players in the field. Some of us were lucky to have this shit naturally to some extent (looks, charisma/personality/etc) and had success without redpill. But some of those standing along the wall sipping a beer at the club guys are the guys that NEED redpill the most.
Average ass nerds like my ex roommate need to be redpilled or they’re gonna wind up 100% wifing up the first 304 that fucks then and get divorce raped quickly. Idea of becoming high value men = best way to stimulate leveling up ig idk
