Follow your instincts and don’t be retarded. Thousands of years of evolution are programmed into your brain. When you’re next to a girl you like, let nature take over.

If that's the case why are lots of men suffering today from the same issue?

Read 50 shades of Grey.
then, become that man

There's no one, single book that can solve all your problems. Different books and blog posts and forum posts will give you different info to fill whatever knowledge gaps you have.
additionally, you need to put this stuff into practice. Theoretical knowledge without practical experience is worthless.
I recommend reading the sidebars at TRP, MRP, WAATGM, and WATGMA. I'd recommend the MGTOW subreddit's sidebar as well, but unless the Red Archive saved it, it's probably gone forever.
Out of all the reading material in all the sidebars and scattered throughout all the various Red Pill spaces, here are the items that I recommend most:
1) "No More Mr. NiceGuy" by Dr. Robert Glover
2) "When I Say No I Feel Guilty" by Dr. Manuel Smith
Those two books aren't exactly Red Pill, but help the reader take necessary steps in positive masculine development: eliminating covert contracts, being more assertive, setting boundaries, etc
The next few items are from Roissy/Heartiste:
3) 16 Commandments of Poon
4) Be A Skittles Man
5) anything else ofhis that seems relevant to you that you can find - Archive of various posts, sorted by category, https://heartiste.org, https://theredarchive.com/blog/Heartiste
The next few items will be from Rollo Tomassi
6) the first Rational Male book (some of the other items will be within that book)
7) There is no One
8) Wait for it?
9) Saving the Best
10) Just Get It
The remaining will be ones that I remember from various authors
11) Book of Pook
12) HumanSockPuppet’s Guide to Managing Your Bitches
13) HumanSockPuppet’s Guide to Teasing Bitches
You'll find that almost every one of these is either on the TRP or MRP sidebar or both. In other words:
read the sidebar

Book of Pook in my opinion. Has the most building blocks and women psychology all in one place if you ask me. That book did more of a difference to me than any other book
Bang has some good information, especially on "the vibe" which i didn't see in any other book and I also appreciated some of the information in "Day Bang" that made some things about pulling and closing click and made me realize i don't need to be an alpha Chad in situations. Day Bang helped me tremendously even for night game. Day Bang is a real hidden gem on basic conversations to pulling, as well as progressing conversations forward at the right pace. Day Bang is inadvertently a masterfully good social skills book that it is a pickup book imo but i couldn't recommend it enough

I have to admit I'm a TRP illiterate. But man, book of Pook is great.
What a pleasure to read and so true. Very condensed, love it!

Reading books won't help you get laid. You read the sidebar and use the right tools for the right job. No amount of reading will get you laid. It all about actually going out and physically being present with women.

I partially agree and disagree, i didn't see some of the stuff that really REALLY upped my game in the sidebar, but rather a few books. I agree most books are regurgitations but i got far over my money's worth in some of them (as mentioned in my comment)
But yes, i absolutely agree that a book won't get you laid. It might give you some lines to color between and a better idea of what to do and not to do but only experience, and trial and error, and actually trying and learning, will get you laid

I think I should clarify. I found the Book of Pook and The Rational Male to be great tools and have definitely helped me with my frame.
However, I know too many theorycels that get so caught up in the scholastic endeavors of learning this shit, that they don't apply it. Nothing teaches like infield experience.
There is a beautiful art to learning how to be wrong gracefully and how to think on your feet.
Vermillion-Rx Admin 3mo ago
Man i forget the post but one of the OGs (or some flaired user) once made a post about dudes mentally masturbating no matter what they read.
Yeah, men need to apply it all at some point, they can't just read theory till a woman jumps through their window and fucks them
MrSupreme 3mo ago
How about the book of life.Corniness aside, books prove useful guides but experience and calibration are the best teachers
Vermillion-Rx Admin 3mo ago
Look, I'm going to make a second comment
Your own personal journal is the best book of how to get laid. What you learned you did wrong and what you did right and how to build on it.
Even us OGs are always correcting what we did better or worse each time. Your book of personal experience is always going to be the best. If it's not you are not living Enough or not humble enough to learn

Beginner's guide to day game by Tom Torrero https://niplav.site/doc/game/beginners_guide_to_daygame_torero_2018.pdf
It's short and succinct and gets you started by overcoming approach anxiety, then on to vibeing, then on to determining if she's interested in you, and finally to isolating her. This seems to be the hardest part for guys. You'll also need to know how to pass shit tests. https://illimitablemen.com/2014/12/14/the-shit-test-encyclopedia/
