Unclear if merely doing the deed with them and them merely knowing who you are is the anxiety or if they have threatened you. If they are threatening you, you should probably go to the police or law enforcement.
If they haven't threatened you and are just feeling insecure about it I'm not sure there is even reason for concern? After all the they took money from you for a paid service that might or might not be legal (you didn't describe much of anything)
Do they even have video of it? If they didn't even film anything what are you worried about??
It's very unclear what the scope or circumstances are because you have only described vague anxieties and not what they actually have or will or won't do.

If it all did kick off then just call their bluff. Tell them to publish and be dammed. If they do then tell people the truth -you tried something out that was dumb. Make it clear in your online community that you are standing up and saying "We can all be dumb but no one should be able to extort us for being dumb. Extortionists lose their power when we lose out fear" You will probably win more admirers for that than lose them.
