I was always a guy which had this mindset of not talking to ugly girls. I'm also proud that of my friend group I have the best record for hottest girls. The problem is they've got some lays here and there, and that's even with more hot chicks than ugly. I was able to pull some of them, but didn't have a LTR or a lay. Should I just find an uglier chick, be with her for short period of time, get a lay, and I'd maybe gain more experience? The reason for asking this is someone said it here that more girls (hot, ugly) a guy had it's far more easier to pull new ones since I have more experience? Don't know if this mindset is limiting me, since it gives me some pride.

I don't think there is one. Either you bang girls whose SMV is attainable for you and but not ideal or you remain orbiting ones you find ideally attractive but unattainable and keep working on getting one of them to accept you.
Either way you are going to be OK. One way might lead to more interesting experiences than the other but its your choice.

Seems like a recurring theme for newbies. They want their Chad points. Even if they are years from being a Chad doing anything that isn't Chadly makes them sweaty and they care more about that then taking off their training wheels.
They have no (or almost no) exp but at the same time don't want to their first experiences to be practical, they want their first experiences to be glorious like the Chad they aren't
Note to newbies: if you don't have exp and want XP stop being choosy beggers. Either you can get the girls you want or you can't. If you're not happy with your layups but also don't want to go the whole game with a score of zero you need to either get better at shooting past the opponent or just take your layups till you have more experience scoring. Standing still and not taking layups and then complaining you didn't/couldn't score is a time waste.
Newbies are experts at creating their own obstacles.
