Basically, I can't study at all. I'm in college and exams are next week. Already failed the first ones. I tried forcing myself, timers, meditation, not looking at my phone hoping I'd get bored enough to study.
If I started now I'd probably pass if I studied 5 hours a day. Trouble is everything I try just stresses me out more. I would appreciate any advice on getting through this without failing.

Sounds like you might have ADHD. Procrastination, trouble studying etc are normal and most people who think they have ADHD don’t have it but if it actually impacts your life in a macro level (not just procrastinating but failing exams repeatedly due to procrastination).
So essentially I’m saying psychiatry offers a solution for your problem. That’s probably the best help you’re going to get for this stuff. Go to a trained psychiatrist or neurologist, preferably one who is experienced with ADHD
Getting an adhd diagnosis changed my life from being a failing student to getting into med school in less than a year.

Im not built to grind out books but I still got through college with good grades and generally hated the book grind.
What I did was I just went to the library, doesn't matter if you don't get started until 1pm, I would go and stay there until I was finished. I also seemed to have a peak time from 7 to 10 pm. So I left the most difficult stuff for that time since thats when I was the most clocked in.
Pomodoro method as well. Set timer for 20 mins, totally zone in no exceptions, then 10 min break.
Go to a library for med students or law students if you can. Those guys grind like fkin crazy and the atmosphere makes you more motivated.

Write down what you are spending your time doing instead of studying. "1 hour watching tv, 30 minutes eating breakfast, 1 hour bike ride, etc" and make a schedule of this so you can show yourself that you aren't spending the proper time studying and your stress is because you suck at the material and you know you haven't spent the time to be proficient at it. It'll happen the entire duration of your degree if you let it. I'm graduating next month and procrastination is always a problem for me with engineering. Also Lift + Cardio

Any action is better than none. A job worth doing is much better done badly than not at all. You have to begin somewhere. No more distraction activities, no more just eat something first, just go to the toilet, just do my emails, just do some studying, anything.
You need to just not give a dam and get stuck in.
I used to have this problem. In my case I was worried about it being a big thing. In fact I got through it in the strangest of ways the first time around. I had to write an essay by a deadline that was fast approaching and I could not start. Then my flatmates introduced me to weed. Suddenly I didn't give a shit and wrote the whole essay that night. It was a crap essay but I corrected it the next day, got a B-, moved on from there, finished college top of the course. Needless to say smoking weed was not a big feature of my student days or I would not have been arsed to study but not giving a shit if I did a bad job, was enough to get me to see that doing something was all you needed to do to start. Once you start the journey, you can continue it.
