in social circle game, how do you stop ugly girls that you've rejected from sabotaging your reputation and cockblocking you from getting with pretty girls? let's say there's 10 ugly girls and 2 pretty ones: you've rejected the uglies and now they've made you a target. if you really are a catch, the pretty girls technically shouldn't care, but getting with you will get them ostracized by the majority of the girls (uglies) in the social circle, so they don't dare to. how do you combat this? especially if you're the new guy

Frame. It sounds like you let other people and externalities get under your skin. Get your locus of control within yourself, not outside of you.
Charisma. I'm betting this is a concept in social game that you could stand to brush up on some more. Properly exuded, making someone lower in the social hierarchy feel/look better before the group boosts YOUR standing in the group.
Leadership. When you take an active role in leading a social group it won't even occur to you that the state of your reputation gets quietly/passively manipulated by others in the group.

you are hanging out with girls, which is a terrible idea. You are living in the friendzone as a gay bestie for these chicks.
you think that being 'nice' is going to signal your worth.
you still seem to think that if you get a reputation for fucking lots of mid girls, you are not going to be able to smash, because everyone will know that you are an asshole. you could not be more wrong. the guys that have a reputation for being a man-slut are the only men that women desire. the guys that have a reputation for being an incel (don't pump and dump) are the guys that end up not getting any action.
point 3 is the most important point for you. I have seen you (and others) post comments and questions that reveal that you think that your value comes from the approval of women. you really need to read the sidebar, and process the information.

can you elaborate on points 3 and 4? it's true, i always thought that messing with mid girls will ruin your odds with pretty girls - in fact, i read this on the original red pill subreddit 10 years ago. and i thought that, obviously, fucking a lot of women will make you attractive to other women, but only if it's really attractive women that you're fucking; if it's mid women, high tier girls will think you're below them. i want to understand the specifics of why that's not the case.

'Messing' with mid girls will absolutely NOT ruin your odds with pretty girls. It will boost your attraction to all girls.
Here's the thing: women all want alpha men. There are many indicators of 'alpha', but the surest indication for women is the guy that bangs all the chicks. This is how it works in nature as well. The alpha ape / horse / dog is the one that fucks all the bitches. And this is all done very publicly. The females notice that there is one dog / horse / ape that is fucking all the bitches, and that is what makes them want some of that dong.
Women are exactly the same. They seek out alphas. The true marker of a beta is is the guy that doesn't bang any chicks. They certainly don't want to bang him. The biggest insult a woman can level at a guy is 'incel' - a guy that doesn't bang chicks.
So... the best thing you can do if you want to bang chicks, is get a reputation as a guy that bangs lots of chicks. We used to call it 'man-slut' at college. I spent high school with this delusion that 'being nice' was going to get me laid, slowly found out that was the opposite of true. So in college, my friends and I cultivated a reputation as man-sluts, and the kind that don't call her in the morning. Sluts want assholes. In particular, they want to 'make mistakes' with the 'wrong kind of guy'. What they are really looking for is unsuitability.
If you want to get laid, be unsuitable.
This idea that HVW will only fuck you if you are fucking HVW is nonsense. The cows want to fuck the bull that is fucking the most cows. its as simple as that.
Plus - saying that you only want to fuck 'hot chicks' is being picky. Picky is female behaviour. Chads fuck all sorts of chicks, all the time. Not only is being picky a female trait, its also a masking behaviour. I noticed at college that the spergs and incels would use it as an excuse for not dicking down chicks. in my own example: i try to be considerate and give everybody in the group attention; be respectful and polite. but i can't feasibly reciprocate their advances when i'm not sexually attracted to them. and so even if i'm being very nice to the ugly girls, the fact that i'm not attracted to them overshadows my good deeds towards them and they still end up hating me - not enough to cast me out of the group - since i'm known as an upstanding guy, but enough to mess with my sexual prospects. does that make sense?

How are you rejecting them?
If you FriendZone them, they usually won't be nasty to you and may even help you with other women (rare, but happens).
On the other hand, if you hurt their feelings in some way, you can't really expect them not to sabotage you with other women.

Basically they‘ll sexually harass me, try to touch me and make sexual comments. I’ll just dodge their touch and laugh off the remarks - even though if it were men and I were a woman, they’d be put under the jail. What I’ve noticed in America (I’m not from here), even among young women there’s very few dateable ones, not even in terms of personality. I feel like most American women don’t take care of themselves (in contrast to American men who actually try really hard). Most are fat. Others look like they don’t shower or shave their legs, some covered in ridiculous tattoos from head to toe and piercings all over. Nevermind make up and not dressing like a sack of potatoes.

Do you live in a large city in a blue state?
I live in a mid-sized city in a very red state, and there are plenty of cute women here of all ages (though the amount of fatties is still worse than 20 years ago). Many still have tattoos, but that doesn't bother me as long as they don't look like circus freaks. Many are ink-free.
When I visit large cities, I see more of what you're describing. Some are worse than others (San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, NYC, Chicago...)
