As I've read in the sidebar, Rollo's book particularily, plate spinning isn't option at all in my country, or should I better say, my town.
It's a small town where we almost know everyone (ofc the bigger fish = bigger prize = more known).
It's not a cope, I just never saw a man be able to perfectly spin the plates without the plates themselves being against it so much.
I know the female imperative is to counter this spinning and to ensure us to "want" to indulge in monogamy, it's just like nobody around me sees it.
I'm primarily talking about 18-22 years old atm (18 is legal age where I'm from). Everytime a plate finds about other plate it basically ends in breakup (not in a relationship way), they stop seeing each other.
Sure, that girl which left the guy can grieve for him and be desperate, but that "non-exclusivity" isn't tolerable by her, she despises it so much as to stop seeing him.
Not a single girl is perfectly okay with a man being non-exclusive with her. It mostly ends in a LTR or sometimes few dates without the sex or it leads nowhere.
On the other side, EVERY TIME a man which spins plates and is covertly non-exclusive, still, when his girl finds out that he's seeing at least 1 other girl by "stories, gossips" (sometimes fake ones, not confirmed at all) dumps him.
Is plate spinning only possible in 1st world countries? Then again, that doesn't make sense since male and female nature are same everywhere, but social conditiong isn't?
How are we in this environment able to successfully spin plates?

I think you can still control the resources you provide (time, energy) even if not having sex with multiple women at the same time. It does take away some advantages of playing the field, namely experience, but that's just part of living in a small town I guess.
The problem I'm not sure you can overcome is that there is a covert contract within your community that dating = exclusivity. Applying the Brad Pitt test, in theory you could raise your SMV to a level where they would fuck you regardless, but if you aren't Brad Pitt then you may just have to live in the confines you're given for now. It's also hard to maintain a reputation in a small circle where people are able to know exactly what you're doing and judge it according to mainstream beliefs around sex and dating . . maybe some reading around social circle game would be helpful.
If your reputation isn't at risk then fuck away. Plates break it happens

You nailed it exactly. But even chatting with some of them and spending time with plates without sex is still a taboo, or you could say unacceptable.
My reputation may be at risk, sincerely, I've made so much mistakes in the past, partially of the BP and generally not knowing enough of RP.
My only choice is either to move out, which is pretty rare for now or I just need to become 1% of that whole town.
