No, you should not consider getting back with her. Do you really want someone so shallow and selfish to be tied to you? DO you want to be trying to improve yourself just to be good enough for her? Do you think that when she becomes a DR, she will even notice you are alive?

It would be best to tell her to find alternative accommodation. It will be very hard not to simp for her while she is around and feel bad about it.

But you can take her advice on the being unfit and lacking social skills things. This will improve your chances of getting someone nice.
