Today I finally decided I wanna use gear. It's been a long process of weighing pros and cons and I've come to the conclusion that the risks are worth it for me. I'm 24, been skinny all my life. I wanna be noticeably muscular in my mid 20s and the only way I can achieve that is by accelerating the process. I'm fine with it shaving a few decades off my lifespan. I've been lifting for a few months and I've made pretty average progress which is obviously very slow naturally.
All that being said I'm pretty overwhelmed when it comes to all the different kinds of AS, hormones and other substances and I was wondering if there's anyone here who started at an age close to mine who could steer me in the right direction in terms of what to choose, cycle frequency etc.

I am aware of the risks and have decided to go forward with it anyway. I'm confused on why you act like it's incredible for a young guy to do steroids when there are 20 year olds juicing in almost every gym

That makes it good? Yes, for me it is incredible. But this is free world mate. Do what you want. Just dont forget that your muscles have their maximum growth rate and size, and injections will not change this. They will just bring you to your maximum genetic potential. Which may or may not be that what you expect.

It's foolish to do this if you've only been training a few months. 500 mg a week of test for 12-16 weeks is often recommended to people who haven't done it before, but I doubt it would get you much or that you'd keep any gains. You'd likely get more from a training program that includes high rep squats than you would from gear.

This is a very big topic and research will really help you. Read a great deal on all the steroid forums. Most guys don't do the research well enough. They just want a pocket full of magic potion. The reality is that if you want to be enhanced, your have to be much wiser than if you want to be natural. You are playing with powerful compounds.
You are young and you may permanently mess up your balls and be on TRT for life if you get into this. You will almost certainly do so if you get into this the wrong way. There may be fertility issues and while these can often be overcome, they are a risk.
Are you going to blast and cruise or are you going to do PCT? PCT is boring and hard work but you will never get a second chance to check if you can properly recover from even a minimal cycle before you commit yourself fully in a blast and cruise approach, so if there ever was a time for PCT, it could be now.
The most important question with every cycle is why? The answer with the first cycle should be -to get a ranging shot- to find out what might and what might not work for you. Otherwise you could be shooting in the wrong places. You might respond very well to a low dose and be able to avoid all the risks of higher doses, you might get bad sides even on a low dose, you might need to get an AI dialled in, you might be fine, you might get bad lipids, you might be able to take a larger dose with no bad effects... You need to know this kind of thing and so you need bloods to start, bloods in the middle, bloods at the end and bloods following recovery. You need to understand what you are looking for in the blood results and only research or a coach can really help you here.
A test only cycle is to be desired first time -eliminate your variables with only one compound and see what your results are. It would be good, having examined your initial bloods to fine tune the choice of dose, to try a lower dose for say a month, get bloods, then step up to a higher dose for another month or 6 weeks (still not very high) and get more bloods. Monitor the side effects as you go. This is a range finding exercise, not a big blast. If you are considering PCT, leave it at ten or 12 weeks, do a thorough PCT and see what your bloods are like after you have rested after PCT. Did they normalise. If so, you know you did not hurt yourself with a very vanilla cycle and can be confident to try other things gently, checking how you go constantly. Perhaps a bigger dose next time, perhaps a standard oral like var or winny for the last 5 weeks, that sort of thing.
Generally a shorter ester will be preferable for a first cycle as then you can hop off if you decide its not for you. Leave anything longer than C or E for another time, do P if you don't mind the regular needles and the sting.
Lay in all you PCT (get nolva and clomid as a minimum), perhaps some bridging peptides like HGC or HMG and an AI just in case when you order your test. That way nothing can go wrong if the supply chain fails at the end of your cycle. The Chinese will sell you any ester or any other drug you want so don't be limited by what is locally available. You might want to filter Chinese oils before injection just to be sure. Many vendors (domestic and abroad) will supply independent lab testing certification for some of their products. Follow a vendor on a steroid forum to see what customers say and what customers' independent lab tests of their products show. Get all your syringes and needles first too. Are you going to fill with a big needle and pin with a smaller one?
Be aware that nutrition and training are slightly different for the enhanced athlete. Learn about this up front.
This is a very conservative approach but you are 24 and have years in which to go wild and blast huge doses of whacky compounds. Keeping your health is far more important and avoiding doing anything too bad before you know better. Whatever you do, get bloods, lots of bloods, then you will know what happened after.
For the record, I am over 50, have never done any steroid (but might yet). I just have a background in athletics with leanings to the dark side. Athletes who over do this sort of thing don't usually go as fast as those who take a cautious approach and do simple stuff well. They also have shorter careers. Those who get it right and don't get greedy or cocky can excel.

Steroids have so many drawbacks, that the only use that makes any sense is competitive sports, and even then really aren't worth it.

you're new to lifting, only a few months in
you have some arbitrary deadline in your head about your mid-20s instead of thinking long-term
you're willing to poison yourself, risking cancer, testicular shrinkage, premature baldness, acne worse than you had as a teenager, and prison time if caught in some areas
the impatience at your progress so far that you've shown in your post and comments means that you probably won't even use the steroids correctly in conjuction with serious lifting and discipline, and just end up with bitch tits.
this is all just to get laid, which would be more within reach if you just worked out like a normal person while also working on your game (conversational skills, charisma, etc)

-Eat well, focus on macros. -Lift heavy and often.
If somehow you think it is just shooting up some juice and not working as hard as you would otherwise have to, then you got it all wrong. Pump iron and eat according to your goals, if you wanna get some muscle then you're gonna have to eat more than you think.
