Me and the boys went to the nearby city to a club. I'll be honest, I'm not the most attractive nor the ugliest, but I have the most balls and a will to try approaching even though some of my boys laugh when I fail, but fuck 'em.
I had 3 sets of girls, I failed every one of them (didn't have a good convo, didn:t get a number). At least, I talked to 6 girls and that's a big achievement for me. Also, I used the same opener for every set.
1st set of girls I went to, talked, introduced myself, but I lost interest and they also did since they're way older than me.
2nd set of girls - 1 was attractive, but didn't say a word. The uglier started talking to me and was pretty bitchy so I left, she showed no interest. It may be her insecurity that blocked me from talking to them, since she was 3 points below from the girl next to her.
3rd set of girls - I went with a buddy and I did all the talking. They were the most attractive set, as I started the approach, the prettier one said: "No, just no". She didn't even give me a chance to talk at all, while the other chick didn't even look at me, not even once. Tbh, when I approached them, they were slouched, looking down, maybe they were annoyed, angry, depressed or just drunk.
The problem is, before these approaches, last approach was long ago and IG I fell off the practice. The opener was cheesy: Hey "random female name" I know you. Basically I pick a name then I talk to her like I know her, "are you her", "wdyd here".
I thought it would be a good test, a chick which really liked me would just smile and answer "yes that's me". But, as I said, I don't think the opener matters that much, all that matters if the chick likes me right away.
Also I didn't have as much confidence as I do now, and that plays a part. Maybe I was unlucky, I think if I just found maybe more of them I'd atleast get a number from one of them.

2 more field reports and I'll remove your flair (as long as you don't post any more forum questions in that time). Except the next field reports need to be on singular women. I don't know what you were expecting approaching a group of women as a newbie. That isn't how you take off the training wheels or get any meaningful feedback or retrospection. Stick to basics.
There are a lot of mistakes in this field report. I'll analyze them because there is a reason you're stuck in newbie mode If this is what your base assumptions for approaching are

1) clubs are terrible. You're getting ripped off (exorbitant cover charges + expensive-ass drinks), the music is always too loud to converse, and all the women have their bitch shields set to maximum.

It does, but not as much as whether she is already attracted. It can tip the scales if she's undecided, or completely ruin your chances if it's something retarded like "hey [insert random woman's name], I know you. What are you doing here?" Fuck, asking a chick "what are you doing here?' is just asking for the most sarcastic, bitchy response possible.
I recommend that if you're anywhere, such as a grocery store, and an attractive woman makes eye contact with you and smiles at you, you immediately open with "hi, I'm [whatever your RL name is]. That's a nice shirt/ jacket/ hat". It's straightforward, and instead of complimenting something she can't control like her eyes, you're complimenting her taste.

This approach is absolutely bizarre. It's crazy that you chose this over a direct opener. What was this logically supposed to lead to for you? Especially by the time any of these women would have said what their real name was and asked who random rachael was that you thought they were. This has to be one of the least thought out rabbit holes of an approach I've ever seen and for WHAT. Why was this your choice of approach over any other kind of organic opener, including "hey I thought you were cute" (which isn't great but it's much better than this slop).
no dude, this game was very bad. it wasn't even game, I don't know what any of this was but it wasn't game. You also approached groups with no knowhow on what to do, and at a venue you were more than destined to fail at (night game is hard mode and for Chads). You also had pussy repellent friends tag along which is likely an additional factor leading to the "no, just no" from that group of girls. They immediately smelled what was coming their way and didn't want to endure it.
Do yourself and everyone reading your FR's a favor. Drop the clown game, go approach a woman solo, in a place you can have a normal interaction, and see where it gets you. This wasn't it dude, and you need to hear the brutal truth.
