Any solution moving forward would need to take into account the resultant population imbalances that exist today due to that historical event.
Of course, finding a way to do this without putting Uighurs in concentration camps wouldn't end racism altogether. You'd still have black people and white cops in American bickering about who-knows-what.
It would just end one of the many, many racial conflicts that exist all around the world.
