Hey fellas, I have been stuck in a hard plateau and it has been a real bitch. I am 6ft tall/185 cm, 194 lbs/88kg and about 14-15% BF. I have a visible 4 pack and obliques in the same area. I have wide shoulders and a narrow waist. My lifts on weights are strong, I do calisthenics and in between intermediate and advanced depending on the movement and that includes rings.
I have been under 2300 cals for some time now and currently maxing out at around 2100. I also try to do 10,000 steps a day. But this is difficult because I do not have a treadmill and the winter where I live is pretty brutal.
I am wondering what I may be doing wrong where I haven't been getting results. I have been doing this for nearly 2 years! I wasn't obese before and I have noticed fat loss and muscle gain. I have a high protein diet. I do not drink and I do not smoke. What is the deal?

I dropped down to 7% BF doing aerobic conditioning. Just jump on one of those 30min workout circuits a few times a week.

It's much faster to go from 25% body fat to 15% than from 15 to 12 or 10.
Your body naturally keeps some fat for energy storage. You're trying to trick it into burning them off too.
Plateau happens. There are things you can do like changing diets macros, adjusting your caloric intake, fasting etc... What worked for me was being patient. Sometimes I'd just plateau for months and then suddenly dropped weight.
In addition, don't just look at the scale to measure your progress. Your weight fluctuates and a lot of things can affect it (water, food retention etc...)

Thanks. I am not really using the scale much, but looking at how I am cutting fat. Since I gain muscle easily, the scale won't do much.
