Is there any contract physician/place in any country that can reanalyse my knee MRI imagery and write report in english? And wont get me bankrupt?
I'm struggling to find.

You can just go to any knee doctor and give them the MRI and they will analyze it. In the US it's probably $100 for an appointment.

I have one opinion already but I need another one as they found nothing and it doesn't seem right for a knee in pain for 2y, I can pay say 200 but I would rather pay someone that has some rep. Couldn't get any UK place to be interested [might be covering their mates asses] or wasn't looking in right place.

Some things don't show up in MRI but definitely seek a second opinion. When I had an MRI they shipped it off to India for analysis. The Dr said I needed surgery but insurance rejected it saying I needed to try physical therapy first. The therapy worked.
