Hello,
Is it recommended to use creatine monohydrate?
It’s “the most studied” supplement but is there actually a big difference between gaining muscle naturally and gaining muscle while you take 5g creatine a day?
Btw I just staryed lifting if that may play a role

It adds water and ATP to your muscles, thus enhancing how much you can lift, therefore leading to more gains because you're lifting heavier weights
Essential? No. Beneficial? Yes

Ah so that's why people claim that they're bigger after using creatine? Their muscles are like... more swollen but not actually bigger?

Yes muscles absorb water weight

Despite all the anecdotal experiences I’ve heard online, it definitely coorrealed with the most male pattern hair loss for me.

Save your money. Eat real food to get bigger. Take it from Rich Piana https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwV7HzMOgOY&t=115s
That dude totally rips on weight gain powders, supplements, etc.

I recommend it. It is extremely cheap and it produces results.
