Hi everyone.
For a long time, I wonder how listening to music can affect masculinity and productivity. When I listen to music, I feel more energetic and motivated, because I always dream of my best form while listening. I say to myself "I will be a rich man in 10 years", "I will be more muscular in my last 20s", and "I will be a more masculine and stronger man soon" - however I am not, right now. I mean, listening to music always motivates me by dreaming. I still can not take an action to achieve my dreams because I only dream thanks to music and it satisfies me. I realized that it is not different from kidding myself.
So, what do you think about listening to music? Does a real man need music, if so what kind of kinds of music, or should I stop listening to music? (I listen to battle rap, not melancholic stuff.)

Music helps to stimulate the brain to increase the feeling of full of energy. One of the sounds that you want to stimulate your brain to focus on is called getting over it that you can try.

It's like any other medium. It can be good, and it can suck. It can help you, and it can harm you.
Try not to listen to music with blue pill, AFC messages.

Older music can stimulate the masculine part of yourself. Newer music is part of the overall femininization of culture. I listen to everything from 1920s blues and jazz to 60s and 70s country to "classic' rock. I notice newer music tends to favor men with high feminine voices. The only newer music with some testosterone in it is rap, which as a musician I have little respect for. I also hate how these feminists who bitch about "the patriarchy" will hypocritically listen to the most misogynistic rap without complaint.

If you like metal, I highly recommend Five Finger Death Punch.

I like Godsmack. Some really masculine music there. "HEY LITTLE BITCH! BE GLAD YOU FINALLY WALKED AWAAAAAAAAAAY."
