Remember which muscles get sore the most after you have sex.
They are the muscles that you need to work on.
This is different for people because of genetics and other factors too. Some people have naturally strong cores, some prefer a sex position over others, which uses different muscle groups.
For me it's the upper abdominals, obliques and hamstrings. Might be different for you.
Targeting muscle groups helps build strength, so that she can feel it to her stomach every time you thrust.
If you gas out too soon though, then your stamina is shit and you need to up your overall fitness level and do some cardio

Very good post. Its so personal and depends on your body type and sex position. Overall very little fitness is needed but being fit will make you want to do it more often.
Never found thrusting hard into women did much for them as most of the nerves you want to hit are shallow. Being as large as possible and very hard, will however help with stimulating these well nerves every thrust. Good diet helps here, good circulation too -low aerobic training is probably best for this. Nitrate supplements seem to make a small difference particularly if you are not particularly in the mood that day.
