Autrage.
It's my new term for the spergy outrage I see in the manosphere. It seems like the anger phase has become an anger lifestyle. We walk around with dirty asses exposing our stinking butthurt to the world. Outsiders get a glimpse of neckbeards droning on that wahmens ain't shit. And of course we (TRP) as a collective look weak and impotent.
Your favorite influencers (Fresh N Fit, Pearl, the Whatever Podcast) pump out savage burns to onlyfans Thots ad-nauseum. No stories, no useful info, no tools to handle a fucking thing. Just a quick dopamine hit of outrage porn. You consume this junk food for your emotions and in return, get soul sick.
Negativity isn't a skill. Negativity isn't leadership. It's an easy way out. It takes no effort to say something disparaging. It takes no critical thought to jump on the bandwagon. It's not winning, it's coping. Your influencers aren't leaders. They are just whiny losers that other defeatists can relate to.
Autrage continued..
All the fatherless men are here looking for a role model. I see it. The guy that has opened his eyes and found how to better himself. He succeeded with his dating life. Spinning plates, dating hot women, he has his shit together. What young jaded guy wouldn't want what he has? So he clings to every word. Even the words that do him a disservice.
We get online and share our info. An angry EC spouts his displeasure. Another EC shares the sentiment. The herd dares not disagree (no frame has developed) so they up vote. Now we have packed bullet train on a collision course to the center of negativetown.
All of this is the antithesis of constructive dialog. Its a myopic view that one again, gives a quick dopamine hit and garners pats on the back to the poster from angry autists.
Do some things suck? Yes. Do some people suck? Well, yes. But hyper focus on sucky shit isn't living. Your missing out on all the beauty and wonder of a huge world. You're stuck in a rut bro. You're eyes are closed. Stop looking at the world through shit colored glasses.
We forgot along the way that relationships are cooperative and supportive. If you're looking for a sparring partner or to win a power struggle you've strayed from the relationship path. Ask yourself what you're doing. You're wasting time and potential on something toxic. This should be joyous not frustrating or combative. I shouldn't have to state that this isn't healthy, but here we are.
When I hear women are boring, women are dumb, women aren't creative. I don't agree. It's not women bro, it's you. You have shit taste in women and settle for trash. I've dated and been involved with fascinating, kind, smart and talented women. Also crazy shithead women. I have a mother that I love and a daughter that I'm proud of. Do we need to put up blinders to the valuable females that surround us?
As a guy in my mid 40's I've realized peoples love affair with misery and outrage. We make everything much more difficult than it needs to be. We make our losses profound and ignore joy.
Our mentors and role models haven't finished their evolution into a happy person. It's simply too quick and easy to join the masses instead of beating that negative internal voice that others will agree with.
Lead. Be grateful. Be curious. Seek fulfillment. Seek out connection and love. Autrage is easier but it won't feed your soul and you won't evolve past a stunted anger phase. Strive for more.

Meh, these aren't "influencers" so much as show makers responding to market incentives to maximize their earnings. You can't really get "mad" at or about them without assigning them undue status and cultural importance. Rage bait SELLS, and it comes in many flavors to peddle to liberal and conservative audiences alike. I agree it's not healthy to get caught up in it, and to unwittingly use it to blow your outrage wad without effecting any useful influence or change in the world around you.

I think their anger at being lied to and used is perfectly justified but holding on to that is self-defeating. There is some utility in some of those youtube shows in that it educates men about red flags. Same goes for WAATGM. After that it's just time to move on. I'll never understand how they have a large audience for so long. I watched a few shows, learned what I needed, and moved on to bigger and better things. It's not even entertaining to watch after a while.
