She is totally into him. I don't think she is consciously lying and manipulative. She would surely be better at it than this great spewing of sentiment. She just really wants him to accept her.
What I would observe is that at no point does she really say anything about what she offers or how she has changed or what she has learned, just that she has realised she wants to please him.
I am afraid that while she really is in love with him, its all about her.
