I want to bring everyone's attention to the immediate reaction of the girl in the OP and the corresponding reaction from another girl in the comment section.
Ignoring the obvious bullshit nature of these claims, notice what a self-centered point of view this is. Only a gender that has been protected, provided privilege and been taught to prioritize one's own pleasure can even say something so inconsiderate and utterly selfish at such a critical moment.
Not only is the expectation that she should care about herself first, the expectation is that he should as well. If not, she would have never thought to say it in the first place. If she had been with a guy who has higher value than her and if she was chasing him in an attempt to get him to commit, she would have either attempted to lowball it or she would have presented herself as a traditional girl and would have mate-guarded him. Her response and his reaction shows us two things:
Yes, she can be your girlfriend. She can be your fuckbuddy. But, she does not get to be your wife unless she earns it via years of dedication. Not selfish behavior. Dedication to your interests. If she does not, she cannot be your wife. If she is selfish, she should be put back to rotation. If you want to buy a car, get one brand new. If you are buying a second-hand, do not be surprised if it comes with a lot of issues that was hidden to assist the sale.

It's also important to note and reiterate the point that we keep seeing in stories like this.
This man is a progressive - sex positive - man. He swallowed the ideology, hook, line and sinker. He had no problem with her past. From the outset, he assumed that she had a past.
But then suddenly he's "intimidated" by her past! He can't understand it. He wishes he could go back to his progressive self.
But he can't. Because it's in the nature of men to want exclusive ownership of our women and to be disgusted by women who aren't giving us that exclusivity.

Once again we see, that when it comes to just sex, a man will use the body of any woman with working holes. But when it comes to the long term bond that is marriage, he's absolutely disgusted by this woman.
This is true regardless of whether or not the man is a virgin. Because sex and marriage don't mean the same thing to men and women. This is why men trade marriage for sex and women trade sex for marriage.
I'd change the line though. A woman who isn't a virgin, may have some marriage value. For example, a widow who was only ever with her deceased husband, may still be marriagable material. But she is less valuable than a virgin.
Yes, I know that this is nitpicking. Because generally speaking, we aren't speaking about a chaste widow. We're speaking about the stupid sluts of today.

correct, even in the 70's/80's, being a slut was not encourage and not viewed well. Sure, girls were having plenty of casual sex but they weren't bragging about it with girlfriends, they didn't talk about it like today. It was still viewed , negatively.
Today, it's (encouraged), women are (empowered), you go girl!, ,etc to do what they want. This attitude along with social media and OLD, and you get what we have. Young girls doing what they want, thinking that there's no impact from it.

The assumption (partly influenced by biology) is that the majority would be very promiscuous but that isn’t certain. There seems to be enough out there anecdotally to suggest that not every guy who meets what are wildly considered to be expected requirements of height, wealth, power / status has a massive rotation of women. Plenty do and those are ones we focus on
But maybe I am only thinking of examples of guys who are slightly older rather than those who are 20-35 now. Because tiktok meltdowns would suggest that more and more guys are playing with these women . But again that could be a case of confirmation bias

I’m even willing to compromise. Men aren’t as willing to dive into marriage now as they were in the past; a woman can’t be 18 and pretty and expect a man who is smart and rich to be looking to wife her up 3 months after meeting her. So if she wants sex, it’s most likely going to come from her boyfriend. I’ve even met women who wanted to wait until marriage, hit age 28 or so without a ring, said “screw it” and let their boyfriend get up in that. Happens.
But really, if you’re a decent woman, you should be dating for the express reason of marriage. If you aren’t looking to see if you can grow old with a man, then the entire basis of the relationship is sex. Which is ironic, because they’ll criticize a 45 year old man who is committing himself to a 25 year old woman on the basis that he’s “driven by sex”, all the while his actions suggest he’s driven by commitment. But a woman who is with a man that does nothing for her but give her good sex? That’s the mark of a low quality woman. She’s already offering her womb to a low value man. High value men should be disgusted that she’s given up her body to strange men.
I just wish this poster didn’t use beta / self-shaming language like “intimidated”. The correct word is “disgusted” in my mind. Think of all the degrading crap a woman will do to please a man that she’s attracted to in the sack. That is true. I think it’s all rooted in how we’ve disincentivized marriage for men. If people just married at 20 like in the old days, none of this is a problem. There’s no “body count” because the wife was a virgin before marriage, and the husband was most likely one as well

I have said this before and I will say it again: if you do not know the exact number of people you have had sex with, it is too many. One additional stipulation I should make is that the "too many" classification is only a factor if you want to have a long term relationship in your future. There are plenty of men who are content never having a long term relationship who can lose count of their number of sex partners. And while I do not agree with such a lifestyle even for men, I can accept that such men are going to at least be consistent with the fact that they are less likely to want a long term relationship in their lives. When it comes to women, however, those of them that have lost count of the number of sex partners most often still want to have a long term relationship. This is where I have a bigger problem, as their past behavior is dissonant to having a long term relationship, as well as being disrespectful to any man she is asking to commit to her.
If any woman wants to play the "it's none of your business" card, she is absolutely wrong if she is using that on a man she wants a long term commitment from. It is his business if he is going to commit to a woman to know what her past is. He is not just some random guy, he is someone who will be very much affected by her past decisions, whether or not he is aware of the number or the details of her experiences. I will not buy for a moment that none of that past experience will somehow be isolated from affecting the present relationship.

I'm one of those guys. Fuckboy through my 20s when my body finally caught up to my 6'4 frame. I got up over 100 body count before 30. After 30 things really slowed down because I just wasn't into it anymore. It messed me up. I'll never be able to forget what I've done. There's been so many situations that were a LOT of fun that I daydream about doing again, but things are kinda everywhere so there's no chance of me finding someone willing to repeat/improve on those memories. I'd have to find someone pretty slutty to even make an attempt at it but I wouldn't be into someone like that. I'd never be able to treat them as more than just another toy because I'd feel like just another toy to them (I know, hypocritical. But ya can't force attraction)
It's tough for me to think of someone as more than just a good time or a fling. I don't even know how to date, I never really did that when I was younger.
