Alpha and beta are both various behaviors and traits that all men are capable of and possess in varying amounts. Alpha traits lead to attraction and arousal, whereas beta traits provide comfort.

Alpha traits are needed for initial seduction, and too much beta too soon will actually repulse.

However, if a fling is becoming an LTR; if the woman is worthy and has earned it, then beta traits are needed to keep her around.

This is all slightly oversimplified in an attempt at brevity.

Anyway, caring about a woman's orgasm and making her cum is beta. I am one of the men they are complaining about. I make it clear before sex even happens that I am selfish in bed. Never once did I get a complaint about it.

If you are a one pump chump then she has no chance to have fun. So you have to just slow down and enjoy her body for a while.
