you know what, it would be awesome if we could get rid of this rule that these types of posts can only be posted at the weekend - they are by far the most interesting posts. The weekend rule is arbitrary - if something is a good post at the weekend, then its a good post at any time of the week?
These posts, which are basically females posting on OLD or posting on reddit about OLD and dating, are by far the most informative and interesting posts on this forum. They very clearly lay out the female thinking process IN THEIR OWN WORDS. I would say that they are the most educational. It was these kinds of posts that opened my eyes to just how crazy the modern gender relations have gotten.
Can we have a vote about relaxing the 'weekend only' nature of these posts?

While we can relax the rule sometimes, we cannot lose focus on the theme of the sub: women who rejected good men in favor of the carousel (or her career) ending up asking why good men (read: alpha bucks) do not commit to them when they're past their sell by date. The primary intention of the sub is to help educate men on who to avoid, what to look out for and to laugh at these women. Weekend is when we show the journey these women make. Both kinds serve their purpose.

Sure, I get that, and agree with it. But.... the post above, is actually really educational. It really does show you how women think - she is rejecting literally 99% of men that swipe on her, and she is pretty average. I think this tells you a lot about OLD and also about how young women are. So, to me at least, it does the job of 'educational'.

I am trying to revive old sayings and cliches whenever I get the chance. One old saying for this post is: "Kings only marry Queens." Of course there are exceptions to every cliché and it this was reeedit we would be bombarded with "I know an ugly guy that got a hot chick or I know an ugly girl that married a hot guy" posts. These people like her in OP are making the exception the rule and trying find a mate with that philosophy, and what encourages that mating strategy is that she has been able to get bedded more that once by a Chad. The thing she is not realizing is that there is a HUGE difference in getting sex from Chad and getting his commitment. Chad must have used her for every debasing sexual fantasy he can think of and she thinks she managed to lock down a top tier man because: If he is fucking me, he must like me, if he likes me he must want to commit to me. She and women in the dating market are finding out the hard way that fucking a guy 2 or 3 levels above your SMV does not get his commitment. You got used for a sex toy is all. That is how history has always been. The prince gets to smash countless wenches before marrying the princess. The wenches are so awestruck by being the presence of a prince that they immediately submit. I always wanted to bring up this blog post I read. The author was stuck in a city overnight between flights on a Friday. He decided to call an old friend that lived in that city but didn't expect to get a hold of him, much less visit because he was that Good Man that women beg to marry. Mid 30's good job, his own place, all the provider assets women want and he is good looking. The author assumed that his friend would be swimming in pussy. To his surprise he was home and he invited him over. The author assumed he was taking a rare break on a Friday because he must be exhausted from all that pussy. Nope. To his surprise, his friend stopped dating. He wasnt a hardcore MGTOW. He just said he was tired of the type and quality of women out there still single, tired of the games, the manipulation, and the crazies he has to deal with dating. To be honest, he said even the easy sex wasnt worth it.
This is why women are panicking. When guys like that drop out of the market, or even worse, go overseas to find a wife, they know something is very wrong.

I have a similar story, kind of sad actually. I knew a guy, a friend of a friend probably 10 years ago, who was a solid, great guy, made good money as a dentist, good looking, and he was desperate to get married and start a family. He was a few years older than me so while I was still just dating around, he was looking for something serious. He did date several women, by which I mean he would even be in LTRs with them for 6-12 months to really give it a chance, but none of them were wife material. Whether it was gold diggers, aging party chicks who never really settle down, or just simply bitter, crazy women with piss-poor interpersonal skills, it was just a horror show from beginning to end. After realizing the general state of women these days, he got discouraged and stopped dating altogether.
I moved away and kind of lost touch, but a few years later, I met a woman that I thought might be a good match for him, and I asked my friend if he's still single or did he finally find a wife? Turns out he was single, never found a wife, but was no longer looking and wasn't interested in being set up with anyone. By that point, he was old enough that he felt his time to have a family had passed, and if he was never going to be a Dad, there was no point in getting married. I think he occasionally dated casually but even that was halfhearted because it just wasn't worth the trouble anymore.
Here was a guy who by all measures was a great guy. He had good character, maybe wasn't Chad-tier looks, but was otherwise good looking, fun personality, stable career, and he wanted a wife, family, and all of that. He would have made some woman very, very happy, if only any of them had met him even halfway. But they didn't. And now he's out, focusing on his career, and spending time with his nieces and nephews if he ever feels regret at not having his own children.
I think this is happening more and more. IMHO, the only reason to get married is to have kids and start a family. If you don't want that, then you can just casually date for the rest of your life. No need to tie the knot. But for guys, once they age out of that age range, and accept the fact that they're too old to be a father (who wants to be changing diapers when they're 50?), the lose all interest in getting married. And more and more guys aren't waiting until they age out; they're actively choosing not to have kids, and exiting the marriage market in their 20s and 30s.

Do they have no-fault divorce? Muslims typically have the lowest divorce rates. My Muslim wife works. She married late at 28. She's been in the US for 10 years now. She was raised 100% conservative Muslim.
I think what happens is men become beta-tized after marriage/kids. Especially the Muslim men I've seen. Then women get the 7 year itch and file for divorce or else the guy alphas up and she stays for the attraction(or they have another kid). This cycle repeats every 7 years. It has to do with the fact that a 7 year old child can take care of himself well enough to not need both parents. It also happens to the man.

What you describe is the traditional route.

Better yet, she can file for divorce and cite some bullshit reason (usually economic) because muslim countries no longer follow muslim jurisprudence. Each country now follows a hybrid mix of westernised and traditional laws.

In one way, it's quite rational but it ignores the reality that the funnel goes in one direction: Constricting her choices to a binary pass/fail. She either gets super lucky or she strikes out entirely. It's a mating game of chicken.

She's a rather typical 6. Some of you will say that there's no way shes a 6, but you have all got used to seeing women with a full mask of make up on. She is only wearing a bit of make up, so this is a true picture of her, and she looks to be a 6.
her story is the story of ages - she is a 6 but she will get smashed by 10s. The 10s are down dating, because that is what we do to get action. It's a story that's as old as the hills. Here's the thing - she has no idea that the chads are down dating - she is getting so much action from 10s that she believes that she is a 10!
She is still in part 1 of her story. She will not enjoy the chapters that are coming up as much as the first chapter.
Chapter 2: she will see a tailing off of chads that contact her on OLD. The fall will be fast and furious. What she is failing to see is that there are thousands of younger and prettier women joining the show EVERY MONTH. Every day that goes by pushes her further from the front row. Very quickly, there will be no 10s swiping on her.
chapter 3: all the 10s are gone. Only low value men, disgustingly short men less than 6"6 will now start contacting her, useless men with no abs and no porsches, disgusting men without millions of insta pics of them on yachts. She will now start posting about 'the state of modern dating' and how the world has changed.
chapter 4: she'll go on some dates very reluctantly with these terrible men, that are of average height, income and build. She will find them very very boring. She'll post stuff on SM about how terrible men have become. These average men will be 6s, the same as her. She may reluctantly have sex with a few of them, but then ghost them. She's still dreaming of that IG rapper she met on tinder a few years ago, why did he ghost her? They had suuuuuuuuuch a great connection...it was sooooooooo real.
chapter 5: OLD is drying up, not even the 6s are contacting her. WAATGMG? Where is everybody? its not fair!!!!!!!!!!!!

She probably does: it's an excellent cover, vague enough to include any contingencies. "Interesting" can mean absolutely anything, so there is substantial wiggle room for her to do whatever she wants. A rationalization that good has to be believable to herself.
If you say a bio wasn't "interesting", who could possibly challenge that? There's no way to account for it.
