Here's the deal. She might be able to find a guy that is 44-50, who is divorced and has a couple of kids. It all depends on her. The question is - can she change her behaviour? Can she be nice? Is she prepared to be feminine and submissive for this guy and give him a peaceful home life with romance and sex?
Because that is her only option left on the table.
The guys that she wants, don't want her. The 34 year old guys that are 6-6-6 are not going to wife her up (they would have already done so). They are going to wife up the women that she fears - the competition that she is talking about.

He would say that. He is lawyer. He makes his bread and butter from people going to courts, largely to contest PNA's. The proof is in the pudding - if Pre nups actually worked, nobody would contest them in court.
You have to go through divorce to realise what it is. Its a scam that benefits a huge army of lawyers and hangers on. When I got divorced, there was only about £600,000 'in the pot'. That is net assets. The legal fee's gobbled up just over £200k. The lawyers get the best share.
I know of two partners at a law firm (who should have known better), that got divorced. There were no kids, and they were both partners at one of the big 6 law firms in London. They were both millionaires in their own right (annual earnings over £850k). And they lost it all in the courts. After a few years they called a truce and both were bankrupt.
Lawyers want you to believe in PNA because they know that for everyone single one they draw up, 50% of them will end up in the courts. It costs you about £400 to draw up and sign, and then when the SHTF, it costs you between £90k to £infinity to contest.
My advice stands - get a PNA if you want. But act as if they don't exist.

That's silly.
People contest laws that have been on the books for centuries in an attempt to get what they want. Just because something is challenged doesn't mean it's worthless, just like just because someone's on trial doesn't mean they're guilty.
Attorneys challenge them (prenups) because their job is to try to get the best outcome possible for their client.
He has never had any of his overturned, and he has never managed to get anyone else's overturned. They have been upheld every time he has dealt with them, and he's been practicing for like 20 or 25 years.
Again, this can all change based on your location. According to a dude who makes more money when you don't have one, they're consistently upheld in NY State. I have no idea about my state, and I hope I don't have to find out.
I'd advise similar to him: don't get married, but if you absolutely insist on getting married, then get a prenup.
This matters because even with 20 years or so of manosphere/Red Pill/MGTOW content advising men how terrible marriage really is, there are still young up-and-comers who just don't want to give up their blue pilled dream.

I would say 'transference' rather than 'projection'. Women are far more prone to this than men - they start becoming the man that they want rather than focusing on attracting the man that they want.
In a way, we live in an era where basically all women have become 'trans'. They are half men. They want to wear the trousers, go to the gym, become the boss, get tattoos on their arms, drink and smoke and swear and go to bars to pick up shags. They have transitioned into macho men.
And then men don't find them attractive for an LTR.
And they don't know what to do about it. Because they can't contemplate going back to be being feminine, because that would be pandering to the patriarchy.

They aren't negatives. The problem is that people who lack attractive qualities lead with "nice" or "accomplished". Those are secondary considerations and the people who fail in the sexual market treat them as primary considerations.
Women like nice men. They just happen to also need those nice men to meet the attractiveness threshold before they care about how nice he is.

And women absolutely hate men who are nice, just because. They want to get checked when they’re behaving poorly, for example. And also, men who are just mind numbingly “nice” for no reason, often have ulterior motives that these women are wise to.
Now do women like men who treat them nicely once certain standards have been met? For the most part, yea. Some women really just want to be treated like crap, because that’s the opinion they have of themselves (whether it’s true or not). But just being nice for the sake of it is a childish finesse (like the kid will put their plate in the dishwasher and clean their room, mommy will be thrilled, until kid acts like they’re owed something for it).
So yeah, there’s a difference between being “nice” and being a “nice guy”. If you’re the former, that’s great. But never be the latter.

She didn't say anything in that video that was anti-man. What she did say is that she's worried about younger girls. She's worried about competition. This is one of the reasons women hate each other, and establish a pecking order based on perceived beauty and ability to wield power over men.
The hatred is coming out as sadness/anxiety in the video, but I'm convinced women like this have various levels of seething hate, like that evil witch in Snow White. "Mirror, mirror, on the wall..."
