This story was probably posted to WAATGM about 2 years ago, but there was an update a few months after about the disposition of the case which probably wasn’t followed up on.
“Dr Moore sensationally withdrew her claim for a $4995 refund, legal costs, extras for alleged misleading conduct, bullying and breach of verbal contract and a written apology after asking if the media would still write a story if she “dismissed the matter herself”. Member Galvin granted the withdraw just moments before she was to deliver her decision at the end of the two-day and at times bonkers hearing.”

She looks like a rodent. If she wanted some "nuts", just go to a random bar. No need to pay $5000.

So, she's a 36 y.o. carreer devotee with a wish list so specific there's probably only five guys who fit the bill in all southern hemisphere. She throws a massive judicial tantrum because she didn't get exactly what she wanted and, when called on her behaviour, she decides to back down. I was about to say I don't get it, but then I remembered this kind of woman follows no logic.
Also, Hide the Pain Harold?

Another entitled Karen.
Would she get a man she dreamt of - she would get pumped & dumped and sue anyway for sexual exploitation and collusion...
Her being on 'dating sidelines' is metaphor for being fuck buddy and unbearable bitch so no one has ever upgraded her.
I wouldn't be surprised if she'll pour her disappointment into her processional life. For that reason it is good she has advertised herself wide and loud as any man should avoid her for health related reasons.
BTW. I wonder why men pay big money for this kind of agencies.

After giving a matchmaker a checklist since, you know, she's paying for the service! She's upset that guys, who are paying for the service as well, also have checklists and are willing to dismiss them on the first date if they don't meet it. Whaddyamean men have checklists?!
They shouldn't be allowed! Instead, they should be lined up in shackles, right off the boat, for me to peruse, check their teeth and anything else I might need to check, and then right then and there drag off my chosen one to my plantation -- er, house...
It must have been soul crushing to meet someone who "took one look at me and decided he did not like me". OTOH, that's what happens to guys about 10 time a night when you go bar hopping. Women are even proud of their "intuition" that lets them know with certainty within 5 seconds whether they like a man or not, not ever considering how incredibly insulting it is to men that you're basically saying you can sum up all of their life's complexities in a 5 second stare. (It's also BS since these same women also complain about ending up with "assholes" and "jerks" all the time...)
I love her euphemisms. No, men on matchmaking sites aren't more "idealistic". They're more demanding, since they're making the same calculation you're making: I'm paying to meet higher quality women than I can find for free. You view it the same way or else you wouldn't be using the service either.
"It's really tricky dating as a woman in your 30s". It's not tricky. It's more difficult (for you), because your value has gone down, while your demands have gone up. Something being tricky implies all you need to do is learn the tricks and avoid them and you'll be fine. That it's actually easy if you can just crack the code. Difficult implies, no it's actually hard, there are no short cuts, and success isn't guaranteed.
I'm reminded of the difference between the SATs and tests you take for professional school like the LSATs, MCATs, and GREs. You can succeed in the SATs without knowing much as long as you know the test-taking "tricks". The Princeton Review was a review course that would spend zero time teaching you math and english, and all their time teaching you the tricks to getting the right answer without actually knowing it. And the truth is, it works.
But the tests you take later in your career, like graduate entrance exams, or professional licensing exams, are the opposite. There are no tricks. The questions are simple and straightforward to answer. They're just hard. They're designed to see what you know, and there are no "tricks" to succeeding aside from having the knowledge.
IMHO, modern dating is like that. When you're young, both men and women like to play games. Because the stakes are lower. You're not looking to get married, it's kinda fun, you're heart doesn't yet have a lot of battle scars, and there are lots of potential marks out there who can be tricked. But as you get older, it's no longer tricky, just hard. People can see through most of the "tricks", a mistake carries higher consequences (like losing half your shit), and you're focused on finding out a person's actual value (character, personality, life goals, etc) rather than just getting them into your bed by hook or crook.
This lady is still stuck in young person mode. She assumes it'll just be a matter of tricking a man into marriage and kids, just like it was easy to trick a man to fuck her when she was horny. No, it's just hard. Guys on a matchmaking site ready to settle down just want answers to their questions (will you be a good wife? partner? mother?) and there are no tricks to play if your honest answers aren't what he's looking for.
"I would like to see Elite market better to the male market." Again with the same delusions. Honey, just like the difference between tricky and hard, the problem here isn't an issue of marketing, but of the market. As in, it is exceedingly small, and the prices are high, higher than you can afford. No amount of marketing is going to convince a marriage- and kids-minded, handsome 6ft tall 6-figure guy in the 30-40 age bracket to marry a 40-something dumpy woman. If you can't pony up what he's demanding for his time, no amount of clever marketing will make up the difference. Despite not finding her man through IRL dating, OLD dating, and matchmaking services, she refuses to believe this is a fundamental market problem, and blames the agency for poor marketing. IOW, it's not that no one (that she wants) wants her. It's that everyone else is failing in finding these mythical alpha bux that are willing to sweep her off her feet, that she knows exist somewhere.
Anyway, it really is fun to read between the lines, especially after you do it so much it becomes second nature :-) On the surface, this seems like a "reasonable" woman. She's not screeching at her dates or suing the matchmaking agency. But make no mistake she's just as deluded as the woman in the article. She's just better at hiding her delusions between her written words.

Wonderful analysis with one minor quibble from me regarding "When you're young, both men and women like to play games."
Generally, attractive young people of either gender tend to play games for the reasons you mention: They aren't serious about getting married and they get lots of attention so there's little cost to do so. For women in particular, their attractiveness is multiplied by a culture that demands men do the approaching and risk rejection. It's like they're playing video games at the arcade with a bucket full of free tokens.
As you say, the problem arises later when the perfect trifecta of "fun games" is pulled out from underneath them: 1) They need to "settle down" (urgency) 2) Their value is lower. 3) Their demands are higher. 4) There are fewer attractive men available (they're married off or burnt). 5) Men have figured out how to beat them at their games or at least see through her games.
You mention standardized tests and "tricks" and that's what us men would refer to as "game". Game tends to work best on naive, delusional, or insecure people hence why such women could play games with the betas so well in our youth, but less so when we're older. Eff Dee Ess largely falls flat on nearly all alphas and chads because such men are not delusional or insecure. They usually know what they've got.
Such women are seeking the elusive, magical unicorn of the alpha or chad who doesn't know what he has, he's "naive" and perhaps is a male version of the corporate nun: "Self confident, but sensitive" and inexperienced with women after studying 100 hours a week to become a Doctor so maybe young women jedi-mind-tricks will work on him.
That's why in the past, "traditional" female game worked pretty well in the 1950's because college aged men or recently out in the workplace were still emotionally developing and there were more of them when universities were "sexist" and pumped out high ratios of educated and affluent men to women.
Perhaps this can be explained to women by comparing marriage minded chads and alphas to toilet paper during the Covid crisis...

Because they're purple pilled. They're RP enough to know that money is a inescapable factor in attraction, but too BP to accept that money alone only gets you turned into a paypig

Ahem, I know someone like that once. He was me.
I went to a dating agency back in the 90's and I was setup with aging corporate nuns who treated me like garbage. "You're not 6 feet tall! You don't have a master's degree! Shouldn't you be begging under a freeway overpass or something?"
Nonetheless, I must admit I enjoyed the dates and aftermath discussions with the matchmaker. I didn't get the full value of the membership, but it was nice to be setup on dates. Not as great as going to the brothel, but well, I had to start somewhere.

She is not nearly young enough or hot enough to be that picky.
As a 36-year-old doctor she should know about her fertility window, and the fact that it is already closing. It's not like the fact that the threshold for geriatric pregnancy is 35 is a secret. Not only is she already past that, but I would assume that she and her AlphaBucks dream man would spend some time getting to know each other before they get married and start trying for a baby. She's staring down the big 4-0 at the earliest. That's not unheard-of for women who were popping out kids in the 20s and 30s, but early 40s is ancient for a first pregnancy.
A tall, successful man her age looking to start a family could easily find a much better match than her. She should have started this process 10 years and 30 pounds ago.
I'm inclined to believe the matchmaker when she said that if the client had been forthright about her deal-breakers she wouldn't have accepted her as a client. Everyone here knows that ball-busting, middle-aged inspins don't often get AlphaBucks husbands... especially the same age as them. We can be certain that a high-end professional matchmaker knows it, too.
Note that she backed off after all the testimony. She wouldn't have withdrawn her claim if she thought she was going to win.

What I thought particularly noteworthy was her calling it off at the last moment. It begs the question: why? She had dragged this out for 6 months. It's like binge watching a whole miniseries to turn it off at the very end.
The modern women's entitlement thinking goes that the MORE demands she has, the more "wholesome" she is. You see, men want pretty and compliant but that's so shallow. She also wants them to be 7th, not 6th, but 7th generation Australian. Oh, and he should also be BORN Catholic, not merely a convert. Yuck! See? Would a shallow person want all that (in addition) to the other shallow stuff? This is referred to as the 'shit sandwich'. Put something you want in between a bunch of other stuff to hide it.
The more she doubled down, the more real it became to her until she was confronted with an absolute test to her worldview: A (female) judge would tell her, in front of the whole world, whether she was being reasonable or not and she wasn't man enough to stand up and take it. She feared, correctly, she might faint in the courtroom.
I found the update rather interesting in that both the matchmaker and client in a more casual photo look a lot less "glam" than their studio photos.

As an Irish catholic (aka someone who, if she weren’t so deluded, would probably be of interest to her), I can ensure that no amount of career prestige would turn me on for a woman my own age. I’m not here to be some desperate inspin’s Hail Mary play.

I thought I've seen it all when it comes to ridiculous demands from women. Then I read this:
"requirements for her ideal partner was that he only be “seventh generation” Australian/Irish descent".

Just one look at her face and the few shots showing her arms and I can tell that the only reason she got attention in her 20's was because she was skinnyfat enough to outcompete other women at being an easy one night stand but only just barely. She's in the butterface tier that Chad will make a token effort to game and fuck from behind in the dark in preference to a full on buttergolem since he won't have to deal with the moped jokes people would make at him for fucking the latter.
But she's far too insufferable and ratfaced to be allocated anything better than that. And she's pulled the pin on the fat grenade and will probably gain 30-50 lbs by the time she's 40 at the latest.
She may as well get used to paying for her own wine and microwave dinners. Dr Chaddeus Underwood III Esq, the vampire cowboy neurosurgeon is not going to put a ring on that.
