Honestly, this girl would’ve been better off claiming to have sky high standards. The fact that she’s in her 30’s and the only men in her option list are guys who live with parents, don’t have a drivers license, or smoke cigarettes (none of which are common for men in their 30’s) says more about her than it does the men.

Her standards are basic as fuck, which goes to say that she is way worse or this is what she admits to or both.

I feel sorry for this girl. She is genuinely brainwashed to the point where there is no coming back. She's even cutting off friendships who are trying to bring her back to reality. There is no epiphany to be had here. It's too late for this one.

Ignoring fatty's butthurt reasons, I actually agree with the general gist of what she's saying. It annoys me too when people tell women their "standards are too high", or they need to "lower their standards". It particularly annoys me when it's men doing it, for the simple reason it's a terrible mating strategy trying to negotiate desire.

I mean, who in their right mind wants to have a shot with someone because they "lowered their standards"? Any woman who takes such advice is going to bring nothing but misery upon both herself, the man she lowered her standards for, and not least; any potential kids growing up in the toxic environment of a woman trying to override her own hypergamy.

It's much better for everyone if delusional women just stick to their delusions, and nobody tries convincing them otherwise. Uncalibrated hypergamy is not a fixable trait, it's forever. And a hypergamously unsatisfied woman brings nothing but misery upon her man and her kids. This is why we have cats and paper carton red wine; as buffers against such misery.

Like so many gals, she can have standards etched in stone, but guys can't.

I see fat gals married, she may be so insufferable that no guy wants to deal with that kind of attitude that doesn't bring a guy peace.

You deserve the kind of partner you win. I hope being picky works out for her and she earns the guy she wants by being excellent. Then she can prove all her critics wrong. However, if she is not excellent enough to match her standards, all her critics will be right and she will be the fool.

Know yourself, know your real value, improve it if you can. Does she do these things? Time will tell.

She could never settle. Then she would have to admit her true market value in terms of a relationship. I guarantee that value is much lower than her standards would imply.

I just hope she does not have the same standards for picking out a cat....

I always find it funny, and a bit ironic, that most of these women who complain about settling and “what they deserve” are also blue haired, commie sympathizing leftists.

This posts shows exactly why they should have an understanding of capitalist market-based principles. For all intents and purposes, the relationship formation realm is essentially a free market. Both men and women will have (or lack) certain “goods” that are in demand from the opposite sex. It doesn’t matter what you think you deserve. If the market is telling you that your standards and requirements are overpriced and there will be no demand at your price point, then that’s what ultimately matters.

No wonder these entitled idiots turn their back on reality. It hits them right in the FEELS.

Of course I could be wrong, but I’m guessing it’s probably a pretty safe bet that a delusional, fat, entitled vegan votes a certain way.
