I disagree with the post assertion that "Instead, a man's looks and his youth become more valuable in the eyes of women (who are high earners)".
It doesn't, what happens is that she wants a man that makes MORE than she does, and she has the same standards applied. This makes her available pool of candidates all the smaller, while at the same time she begs govt to enforce laws that give her more income and opportunities.
"Hoe Math" describes this self-defeating loop very well, and it succinctly describes why any "Corporate Nun" ends up with nothing but her bank account and job title.

Two things would need to be true for that to be happening.
First, that successful women seek lower status men as their own status get higher, which we know is totally false. High status women seek even higher status men.
Second, that men are interested in higher status woman, which once again is contrary to reality. Men don't give a shit about your work and your money. It's a turn off because it devoids them of their life purpose and signals that you are not a good candidate to nurture your kids.
This is just another woman suffering from terminal sollipsism and trying her best to transform into a man.

Minor quibble (ok, a major one). It's my contention that, while "work" generally is more healthy for men than a life of leisure, this notion of men being "providers" for women is largely that of chivalrous romanticism particularly in the USA mid-20th century. It's (partly) why generally foreign women are better adjusted.
Look at it this way: If you were an alpha male and could have all the tail you wanted for free and heck, maybe even these women coming by and cleaning your home and paying your bills, would this make you miserable? The next level of Chadness will be not only a harem of available women they don't have to "provide" for, but when these women pay HIM to provide stud services or even to be like Moneypenny and just hang out with him.
Feminists shriek about how women were "oppressed" in the past by men being in charge including the women and children working in the fields and he deciding how to spend the family income. At some time with chivalrous romanticism, this was switched on its head with men serving women rather than the other way around.

By life purpose I mean gaining status, power and lifting heavy stuff (metaphorically or not), not being a slave to a lazy woman.
I agree. Feminism short-circuited our need for work into gynocentric servitude. But it only shows how willing the man is to do the work, even if it goes against his interests.
Male being built for hard work is not a feminist social construct, it's natural law. Bringing value and defending resources (including women) is men's main biological imperative, this is what we spend most of our animal life doing. Else we would be selected out like male ants whose only purpose is to fuck a queen and immediately die.
You just need to spend a short time close to people born from money to realize the majority of boys who don't have theirs parent's work ethics will sooner or later spiral into a destructive cycle for themselves and everybody unfortunate (or stupid) enough to stick around them. The smarter ones have an existential crisis, find purpose through something mundane and coast through life to be mostly forgotten half a generation later.

Men have a better awareness of reality than women's who are stuck in an infantile phase of mental development (Id?) in thinking the world literally owes them a living, they "deserve" their pick of mate, and shouldn't have to "settle." Men perhaps are better suited to understand this reality in that if they don't have a way to defend, or justify their existence, someone may deny it to them.
The term "gynocentric" certainly describes our modern western civilization best as women are raised to believe they are entitled to top workplace status that men have to earn as well as protected along with their offspring that, in the past, would have also had to justify their existence. In the past, a woman's existence was as precarious as a mans in that if she or her offspring didn't provide value, nobody would protect or support her and that would be that. We have this strange modern Darwinism where only men are subject to survival of the fittest while the worst of women are encouraged to spawn because they have little else better to do. Idiocracy was made because it was brilliantly cast.
All that said, it IS possible for men to lead a life of leisure and enjoy oneself doing so, but it takes discipline. If I had a son (and not a daughter), I'd have taught him the most important lesson of manhood is not that "work" is what defines you in society, but rather your ability to make others perceive you as valuable. That doing "work" by itself is not happiness. There's the "work" of understanding what you want out of life and self-understanding. I know this "finding yourself" gets mocked nowadays but it's true: You can't get somewhere until you know where you're going.
I suppose we can define "work" in a sense that it's good for men to have a purpose which is the ironic redpill genius of Barbie, eh? That the Ken's rebelled against a leisure society where they were silenced while all the attention was around Barbie. If ONLY our modern dystopia was like that, it would certainly be an improvement.
