It's not just the face piercing but she also smokes (bleah!) She says she wants to be high class (which she equates to meal whoring where food buys love) and "dressing up".
I recall fondly taking my (future) fiance to Madame Butterfly 25 years ago and how special it was to her: Everyone dressed AND acted well. Modest makeup for the most part, people conversed in low tones, and behaved predictably.
She's a 19 year old community college student (Luanne on King of the Hill comes to mind) who wants a classy breadwinner type to take her out to dinners and buy her things, but she hasn't bothered to remove the face piercing or stop smoking. It's almost charming how she thinks she's an intellectual going to community college but probably can't spell community college. My heart goes out to her father, but who are we kidding? Honestly, I think community colleges are under-appreciated.
Back when the wife and I were in the US, we were waiting for her Green Card and she couldn't work legally. She could do stuff like volunteer or whatever, but she nonetheless had spare time. She'd mentioned to me that, in the past, she'd wanted to take introductory French but had never had an opening in her schedule to do so. I went to the nearby college, the French teacher agreed to let her audit the class and she ended up taking 2 semesters for free.
There are a lot of people out there who have "some college" but didn't complete their degrees (what with tuition & loans being extortionate rip-offs) so it seems to me that degree completion through community colleges are probably the only practical way to un-screw such people.

I went to a community college to save money because I am a cheap bastard. I later got a BS at a university. I have a son who stayed home and got 2 years of college done at a community college to save money. The first 2 years of college are BS courses and/or prerequisites needed for junior and senior classes.
This shows you what are ruling classes do for their kids and how out of touch they are. I read an article by a smith college graduate. 1 year of college and housing cost $87,640. These are the Smithies telling America how oppressed people are.

Agreed. I'm 52, just went back to community college 2 years ago and just finished up two degrees there, one in systems based Automation and the other on electrical technology. Some community colleges may be shit, but there are some out there that can help you have a second chance at a more successful life.

Hey, I'm no snob (drinking box wine at the moment) so I'm with you there. My wife got a lot of great classes at the local community college and even was registered as staff and I keep her staff account up-to-date for discounts even though she hasn't worked there for years.
I intend to have my daughter attend community college in high school over the summer as well as Learning Annex. The Hollywood Learning Annex, back in the 1990's, blew my mind with some of the most incredible classes EVER. I am kicking myself I didn't attend them.
That said, nothing against CC, but she apparently has taken a few such classes and thinks she's "intellectual" now and entitled to "fine dining" experiences and a guy whose actually on a degree track to buy her some clothes at the mall and take her to concerts. If she could rip out the face piercing and stop smoking, she might have a chance.

Whatever its through, bodymods are just evidence of female over-the-air-updates that have more permanent consequences. Does us a favor, really. Since 1980, more women than men have received college degrees. The disparity has grown since. A college degree has become (at least in my mind) synonymous with a colossal waste of time, money, virginity, and innocence. Everything about college is detrimental to a woman. They should be prohibited from attending, as they once were.
Taking classes doesn't make you versatile. Men have hobbies and interests that they actively pursue by doing them. You sit around on your phone and do your makeup and imagine yourself to be "interesting", but you are not.
