I read, I think here, that women who list negative things they don't want is due to them having had relationships with such men in the past. Her claim "they will be found" is her dream that she won't get tricked for the X+1 time (unlikely).
I read an apologist article for women's demands in dating apps that unlike men who had lower demands but aim for higher, women settle for "lower" as if the women are saints. She probably will take a guy whose tall and has his own car and job but act like she's so sacrificing the rest of her standards for him (assuming that such a guy whose not an alcoholic is interested.)

Assuming that's she's telling the truth about her age, which is always a gamble on these apps, she has a pretty long list of wants and no mention of the value she brings. Anyone even remotely in her age bracket that would find her to be cute will have plenty of other options to choose from, with most of them being capable of bearing children. Even if she was forward-thinking enough to freeze her eggs, I'm sure this unicorn man would be happy to pay for the 2-4 times for the IVF necessary for her to become pregnant and all of the other medical complications that go along with it.
It's unfortunate but the odds are pretty high that she will either not find a mate or will find someone so drastically non-conforming to the list that she would likely pass up on better men in a misguided attempt to "preserve her standards". I assert that it's unfortunate because women are hard-wired to be mothers and emotional providers, and she clearly still wants to do that; modern "feminism" has conned generations of women into thinking the have a chance at having "it all" with no consequences.

That's the dating version of as is. What you see is what you get: a demanding, borderline average-looking 42 y.o. Her looks are the only thing she has to offer - which might have been enough to somewhat compensate for her personality when she was in her twenties (at least for a couple of months, hardly for a couple of years), but that's long gone.

What's really going to blow your mind is how this is going global. I was searching for posts like this on X the other day and there are tons of women like this all over the world. Japan, S. Korea, Vietnam, China, etc. They are literally all 30+ with a long list of demands. Most not even above an HB5. And of course they all have to brag about their degree and what they own.
