We need a new rating system. My wife cooks delicious homemade food, cleans, and obeys my every whim. She is not 18 nor a porn star, but to me she is attractive because she dresses and acts to please me alone. 10/10 would marry again.
These modern women have no idea what a marriage entails, what a man wants, or how to keep a home - yet thinks she brings joy to a man merely by existing. She thinks she adds value to his life by being able to do her hair, nails, and makeup. She thinks her husband exists to fund her shopping sprees, not understanding that a woman merely being content with her husband's income is such a great blessing to him.
Don't rate a woman by her looks, but by what she brings to the table in terms of marriage and family life. Back in the day, even average-looking women could make themselves desirable wives. They still could, if they tried. Some do, but it's gonna be slow for a while until this takes off again.

Rank 8 men fuck rank 5 women because it is very easy and sex is fun, especially if it's fast and women are easy to ghost and not have to deal with anymore, especially if they are lower than you.

I say this as an 8. It's great for us but not so great in that our civilization is collapsing partly because of it.
Other factors but this is a big one. Women are not long term planners. Neither are most of the people who run the USA.

I agree with all you have said but the mistake was not in the 60's that was just the first time the weeds were seen. The seeds were sown earlier in giving them the vote.
Had women been encouraged to grow and accept responsibility, it might have been possible to give some of them the vote. Not all men should vote either but as it is now women have voted for over a century in most western countries. They have not been responsible. They have just been a target for politicians to promise stuff to, then they have become politicians themselves. How much has actually changed since the "a woman's mind" cartoon was published against female suffrage. The average woman is too selfish and self obsessed to vote and if she votes the people she elects will not ask her to bear most of the consequences for what they do for her, men will bear the load.

"chivalry", as it's regarded today, was a nobility rationalist ideal describing wealthy and entitled noblemen and "ladies" as better mannered and morally superior to the lowly "serfs" who therefore could be socio-economically marginalized without guilt. A nobleman or lady could trample upon a serf without guilt since the serf didn't know the difference between a soup or tea spoon. "Gentlemen" provided for "ladies" via serfs (slaves) and land provided by her father as a dowry.
Men are told that we can "earn" respect, as human beings, via success but that bar is continually raised. It's no longer sufficient to merely "earn" a good living but also to be handsome and "interesting" while "ladies" can be obese and covered with tattoos. At least ladies of a century ago engaged in a pretense of actually having moral superiority that made sense.

None of us were born perfect, and we aren't here to shit on other men who are still operating within their gynocentric conditioning or blame men for women's behavior and shitty decisions.
I came of age in the late 1990s. It wasn't nearly as awesome as you're saying. Men catered to women, and women were delusional, but it wasn't as ridiculous as it is now.
One of my intros to women's delusions and entitlement came at the hands of a young single mom I encountered using ICQ's random chat feature. She was looking for a husband, and to just skip the dating and getting to know each other thing. I expressed that I wasn't interested in providing for another man's kid, but that if she wanted to hang out and have some fun I'd be down. She said something like, "but I thought a man's whole purpose is to provide? Are you not a man?" I thought she had to be fucking with me, but I told her that I was a freshman at university, and not even ready to provide for myself let alone a family, and that if I ever were to provide for a family, it would be for a family I created and not some other dude's (or dudes') kids. She just couldn't understand why I wasn't eager to jump into the provider role for her, and this was 1998 or 1999.
I wouldn't exactly call myself or any other man I knew at the time "naturally red pilled" at all. I had enough self-respect to avoid that particular single mom, but I and many men I knew made many mistakes thinking that women were somehow nice, kind, loyal, etc.

I think it's a cushion but I think a worse problem is women thinking all these chads that want to fuck also want to commit and they don't. That's infinitely worse bias for them. I don't think the AFCs lobbing free validation are as influential tbh

I guess truth is in between, I agree with what you say. This bias is far more damaging
Some men are just not wired to commit..and thats EXACTLY the type they try to lock down.

The problem isn't even the average guys. The problem is the state. The state is simping and you can't do anything. Police is taking your tax by force and giving it to women.
Imagine that tax money from men would only go to men and tax money from women would only go to women. That means: no free or cheap health insurance or any social safety for women, no or less help by the police if things go wrong, no support in legal cases, no state programs that support single moms, get women into jobs. And so on.
The world would change faster than you can probably imagine.

I'm not sure. This is a thought experiment that is hard to test large scale. There are plenty of average men getting women. They probably don't lower themselves
